Ivonne Mellozzi - Bio
A serious food magazine habit combined with a love of baking and cooking led me to the Paper Palate. I live in Toronto and by day I work as a writer and copyeditor. By night I am food blogger that dreams of what to bake and cook next for my own little blog Cream Puffs in Venice.
I think food publications are a wonderful source of inspiration for cooks and bakers everywhere and I look forward to focussing on three of my favourites: Chocolatier, Pastry Arts and La Cucina Italiana.
