Boost Brain Power
Blueberries are Brain Food. ‘Nuff said, right? Fruits and vegetables are obviously good for you, that we know for sure. But like x-ray vision and the ability to fly, they really do have superhero powers and studies show that besides cutting down on your risks for disease, they can also improve your coordination, intelligence and memory. If your memory is anything like mine, anything that can make it better is something I want to be involved in.
And then there’s dark chocolate. Yes, you read right. Superhero powers are there too. It has actually been proven that appropriate amounts of dark chocolate can actually lower your blood pressure and promote vascular health, and who needs a better reason to eat chocolate than that?
