What’s Up, Doc?
Hmph.
That was my first thought when I read the recipes in this weeks’ Hartford Courant.
Picture my mouth hanging slightly agape, my finger nervously clicking (I read online) to the next page and then the telltale scrunch of the eyes.
So what was it that had me so . . . bewildered?
Rabbit Stombadada, Southern Barbecued Rabbit and Marinated Rabbit.
It’s really not my cup o’tea, that rabbit.
