Spotlight on … Julie Streckert


I wanted to take the time to highlight some of the fantastic writers we have here at Paper Palate, and I’m going to kick-off this Spotlight series with Julie Streckert.

Although Julie only joined us in April, she’s been writing like mad ever since. Whether it’s her hot interview with celebrity chef Rick Bayless, a comparison piece on soy sauces, perfecting the art of homemade croissants or taking comfort in a cookie (in the name of research, of course), it’s all good reading.
