Food & Wine: Best New Chefs - 2006

Such good news! I LOVE Momofuku. The first time I went there was for my birthday in January and I have been returning too often. Their braised pork belly is delicious! Last time I was there I spoke to one of the prep cooks about their 45 minute poached eggs that top almost every dish– Delicious.
