					<description>Such good news!  I LOVE Momofuku.  The first time I went there was for my birthday in January and I have been returning too often.  Their braised pork belly is  delicious!  Last time I was there I spoke to one of the prep cooks about their 45 minute poached eggs that top almost every dish-- Delicious.</description>
