					<description>Thanks for sharing the link Marc.  I don't generally eat alot of pith, so I can't answer your question for sure.  I ate lemons alot as a kid, and from what i remember I definitely tried to skip the pith.  I don't remember if it was due to bitterness or just a lack of sharp citrusy lemon taste.</description>
