After a wonderful vacation to Australia I found myself wanting to revisit the sensations of the country. Hence my subscription to Australian Gourmet Traveller. Sometimes, however, I have trouble selecting an Australian wine that is appropriate to complement the recipes. Well, I also happen to frequent WineMessenger.com. It's a great resource for wine and food pairing. And they just happen to be featuring "A Taste of Australia" on the site this month. Just thought that I'd share for those of you who, like me, love your wine, but don't always know what selections to make.
