					<description>I made this recipe and my family loved it.  Frying the white chicken in a different batch than the dark worked well for me.  I wasn't sure how my family would feel about cream gravy as I've never made this before but they devoured that as well!  I followed the recipe exactly and it was crispy and delicious.  I really like the research that goes into Cook's Country and their recipes!</description>
