Coming Soon - Crust Bread To Get Your Teeth Into


Dough by Richard BertinetJust received word that another book from Richard Bertinet is to be published at the end of September.

For those, like me, who have enjoyed exploring the marvellous recipes in Dough, Richard’s first book will be overjoyed at the news he is to release another book. Dough - Simple Contemporary Bread is available on Amazon.co.uk for £12.99 and Amazon.com for $19.77 - it just happens to be my favourite bread baking book and not only for the recipes but also for the inspiringly beautiful photographs.

Richard writes that he has just finished shooting the photographs for the new book and is putting the finishing touches to the recipes. The book will be called CRUST – Bread to get your teeth into. No details of price as yet.
